Hide AdNick Ward, Auction Specialist for property firm iamsold, said the pub had attracted a good level of interest but it is difficult to sell pubs at the moment because of the pandemic.
“The feedback we’re getting is that pubs are not at the forefront of people’s minds given the current environment,” he said.
The pub is now up for auction again, with the same reserve price of £200,000.
The auction is due to close on September 17.
