Former Bridlington priest dies

A CATHOLIC priest who served in Bridlington in the 1970s has died at the age of 70.
Father Peter Coleman was assistant priest at Our Lady and St Peter's Church as well as spending time in Hull, York, Hornsea and Scarborough.
He died in Whitby on Bank Holiday Monday, having taken up his final post as chaplain at the town's St Joseph's Convent last year.
