Valley took on Ayton Reserves at the Flamingo Land Stadium tonight

There was a Sunday League Division Two clash played at the Flamingo Land Stadium tonight, Valley beating Ayton Reserves 4-3.

Valley led 3-0 at the break through goals from Adam Hartmann and a Sam Westmoreland double.

Jamie Heritage scored for Ayton after the break to make it 3-1, but Valley hit back to regain their three-goal advantage, Westmoreland wrapping up his hat-trick..

Luke Chambers bagged two further goals to make it 4-3, but Valley held on for the three points.

Hat-trick hero Westmoreland shone for Valley, while Heritage, Nicko Dunn and Chris Goodwin were Ayton's star men.
